Arsenal take North London by a single goal to nil.
Only 72 seconds had elapsed before Arsenal managed to find the opening and only goal of what was a cripplingly tense game. Oxlade-Chamberlain created the chance; finding himself in the right place at the right time, but inadvertently landing the ball to the feet of Rosicky who struck a magnificent shot, launching the ball across the goal reaching the far corner of the net.
There were a flurry of chances from teams with Tottenham knocking and coming very close to scoring a few times. Arsenal also almost increased their tally of goals, especially on one occasion where The Ox found space and was able to create a gap between himself and the last defender.
Arsenal will be holding their heads high as they face Chelsea away next week, who, currently 1st in the table are ahead by four points.
